 Il 3 Novembre e' Giorno della Cultura e si festeggiano la cultura, ma anche gli artisti in generale!
Questa festa nasce nel 1948 come giorno dedicato all’annuncio della nuova Costituzione Giapponese nata dopo la Guerra il 3 Novembre del 1946.

文化の日(National Culture Day)
1946(昭和21)年、平和と文化を重視した日本国憲法が公布されたことを記念して、
1948(昭和23)年公布・制定の祝日法で「自由と平和を愛し、文化をすすめる」国民の祝日に定められました。
戦前は、明治天皇の誕生日であることから、「明治節」という祝日でした。

3 November is Culture Day (文化の日 Bunka no Hi) and have the purpose of promoting culture, the arts, and academic endeavour. There are art exhibitions, parades, and award ceremonies for distinguished artists and scholars.
Culture Day was first held in 1948, to commemorate the announcement of the post-war Japanese constitution on November 3, 1946.
